1994 edition of The Face featuring Damon Albarn of Blur. Fully framed with mounting card ready for hanging. This is the complete original magazine and not just the cover or a later copy making it a true investment. Magazine, mounted in 2″ (5cm) card and black frame. Cover - Damon Albarn, Blur. Condition - Very good condition, no tears or creases. In 1989, Albarn, along with Graham Coxon, Alex James, and Dave Rowntree formed Blur in London. The band went on to popularize the Britpop genre throughout the early and mid 90’s until changing their musical direction. Their influence has extended deep into modern music and into the alternative scene.

Julian Opie’s style was brought into the public eye when he was asked to design the cover for the British band, Blur’s best of album. On the cover, the band members (clockwise from top left) Graham Coxon, Alex James, Dave Rowntree and Damon Albarn are transformed into Opie’s style.
