This is a limited edition print of an original Pop Art painting by A Northern Soul.
It was probably Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe that brought Pop Art to the masses so she is quite an apt inclusion here.
A great print featuring all of the variations that have been released of probably the most famous Pop Art image in history.

A great set that was probably aimed at the true long term fan rather than people turning up expecting a greatest hit parade.
Although a fantastic performance, really dissapointed that The River was not included. Don’t suppose I can complain much as I caught the show for free, sitting on the grass at Speakers Corner.

Julian Opie’s style was brought into the public eye when he was asked to design the cover for the British band, Blur’s best of album. On the cover, the band members (clockwise from top left) Graham Coxon, Alex James, Dave Rowntree and Damon Albarn are transformed into Opie’s style.
